King Buds offers a range of hemp-derived products in multiple formats. Product ingredients, cannabinoid profile, potency, and directions vary by item, so review the product label and its linked Certificate of Analysis (COA) before use.

King Buds products are offered as hemp products under the federal hemp definition currently in effect under 7 U.S.C. § 1639o, which uses a Delta-9 THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry-weight basis. Congress amended that federal definition in Public Law 119-37, Section 781. The amendment takes effect November 12, 2026 and changes the federal hemp standard, including a total-THC standard that includes THCA and additional restrictions for hemp-derived cannabinoid products. State and local laws may be more restrictive, and product availability is subject to applicable law and may change. Use of hemp-derived cannabinoid products may result in a positive THC drug test. For adults 21+ only; keep out of reach of children. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Hemp is Cannabis sativa L. and its permitted derivatives as defined by federal law. Under the federal definition currently in effect, hemp is distinguished by a Delta-9 THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry-weight basis. Federal hemp production rules also require testing methods that account for the potential conversion of THCA to THC. Public Law 119-37, Section 781 amends the federal definition effective November 12, 2026, including a total-THC standard that includes THCA and new restrictions for hemp-derived cannabinoid products. Federal, state, and local requirements can differ, so availability is reviewed by destination.
