King Buds products are offered as hemp products under the federal hemp definition currently in effect under 7 U.S.C. § 1639o, which uses a Delta-9 THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry-weight basis. Congress amended that federal definition in Public Law 119-37, Section 781. The amendment takes effect November 12, 2026 and changes the federal hemp standard, including a total-THC standard that includes THCA and additional restrictions for hemp-derived cannabinoid products. State and local laws may be more restrictive, and product availability is subject to applicable law and may change. Use of hemp-derived cannabinoid products may result in a positive THC drug test.
